OK, sailing is stretching it a bit as the “wind” was 5 knots or less and the seas dead calm, but it was a great day “sailing” yesterday with the whales and dolphins about 5 miles directly NW out from Redondo Beach breakwater. The gray whale migration is nearing the end going south to Mexico. Coastal spotters have seen over 600 this year. The northbound return starts in a few months, so we’ll be seeing whales for a while! The double fluking was a bonus! Shot with a Nikon D300 w/300mm lens from 600’ to 1/3 mile away flat rolling seas. Please enjoy the video!

Amazing pictures, I really love the flying dolphins - do you know what type they are?

I can see the 2nd shot Tafika did...Thank you
Malcolm, do not recall the specific issue, but one time I could not see some pics on there too. Could be the initial host?!?!?!?! I am anything but puter knowledgable, so will not comment on what I do not know or why for that matter.
I like the write up, granted a paragraph in threesheets to the wind on some of you bumper designs.
