Some of the blocks at the base of the mast are showing wear. I haven't been able to find documentation on the original manufacturer and part number to cross reference a suitable replacement.
Any ideas?

Best way with out info, is take measurements, and cross reference that way. Making sure that the width will fit the line diam you have, along with to a degree, the bigger the diam sheave the lower the pull friction.
Some folks also prescribe to the, if the line is putting a constant pressure on the sheave, say a halyard, then get a solid sheave. This gets the pressure on a much greater surface area vs ball bearings. If you are moving the line reasonably constantly, say a sheet, then get a ball bearing setup for easier use.

Juat a guess they are Amiot. Marty has a good point about not using ball bearing for halyards, but it would be nice for the main halyard even if it wore out quicker.

Our current ones are Selden, which is kind of interesting given that our mast and boom are zSpars! They're getting on abit, so I'm intending on replacing with Lewmar HTX 60mm ones. The max load for the HTXs' is 2420 lbs, so I believe they'll be up to the task. In comparison to the other gear on the boat, i think they're quite reasonably priced too.
Cheers, PT

Closing out the original question in this thread...
The original mast hardware including blocks is from zspars / usspars. They stock the original style blocks as well as most of the mast hardware. Halyard line exits are now SS and not plastic like in 2004. Items I've noticed going obsolete include SS spi cars for the integral track and the spi pole chock. They do have alternatives available, but not as heavy duty.

Craig, FWIW and late to this thread ... on our '00 SO40, the boom and mast base blocks are all Z-Spars. I had planned on updating all to Garhauer next year, though a desire to increase purchase on the mainsheet will result in changes at the traveler block this year. While figuring our how to optimally rig our Wichard "Gybe-Easy" boom brake today, I looked carefully at the mast base blocks and realized that adding any additional blocks appears to necessitate mast de-stepping, T-bolt placement, and mast re-stepping, not an inexpensive proposition. I'm not sure that non-Z-Spars blocks can be replaced by others with the existing T-bolts. This is totally different than on our former SO34.2, where the T-bolts were in place in all positions, whether blocks were attached or not, and tall enough to facilite use of most manufacturers' blocks. Things are not always as straightforward as they appear.

I picked up a few new ones today so I can replace one Ubolt added by the previous owner and to add one more block. Attachment Deleted
