I have a 2001 Jeanneau 43 DS. When circulating coolant from the engine through the water heater the hot water becomes hot enough to scald skin. I want to add a mixing valve to temper the water to a safer temperature. It appears that the tubing used in 2001 is no longer available (I'm on Vancouver Island, Canada) and Pex tubing is the alternative. I don't want to re-plumb the whole boat with Pex since the existing tubing and fittings are OK. Mixing Pex and the existing fittings is not the neatest solution. Does anyone know where the original tubing and fittings are available?
