Intend to install 2 x Racors (200s) to replace single OEM Volvo unit on our SO39i. This will allow immediate switch over to a new filter in the event of a fuel problem/blockage. There is no obvious place to locate the units in the transmission space where the existing Volvo unit is. Possibly the best solution (from a space accessibility perspective) would to move the battery charger from its aft bulkhead (shared with the fuel tank) to the the fore/aft bulkhead (shared with the engine battery; then place the 2 x Racors on the aft bulkhead. But that would place fuel fittings in the same compartment as all of the heavy duty electrical connections. We could, I suppose, add a false bulkhead athwartships to separate the fuel fittings from the electrics (though that would mean placing the battery charger on the false bulkhead). Any comment/suggestions much appreciated. thanks NornaJ
