Has anyone heard of the following problem? I think the lift up fridge lids on my 43 ds are sinking slightly, there now appears to be a small difference in the level the lids sit at compared to the galley work surfaces - I have tried to get access to the area under the fridge insulation but could not find a way in? I have looked back through the forum and not found anything similar - pretty sure I am not imagining it!

Hmmm... I have not noticed my lids sinking, but they have definitely shifted outboard, and are now a bit sticky. I think I may need to use an "adjustment tool" to move them back into place.
Did you look at the gaskets to see if they have moved/deformed/degraded? ( I think there are gaskets on these - I am not at the boat right now.)

Same problem with my SO35: 0.5-1 cm down: no more tightness! Dunno how on earth it is fastened! I had to cut an aperture in the wood wall under the fridge to insert wooden blocks under the fridge's case to fix the problem. And to get it back at its right place, I placed two wood beams on the upper plane (with fridge lids open) as a bridge to support two big clamps to pull the whole damned thing 1 cm out. Job done, no thanks to Jeanneau...

rxc - many thanks too! Not sure what is meant by gaskets, but the left fridge is coming adrift slightly from the galley work surface which it was sealed onto from below. Could be the weight of too many beers! Cheers!

I had the same problem (45DS) Jeanneau fixed it by putting a support under it to the floor and sealing around the gap. I think it is a common problem.
