You may now add you Jeanneau Model, Boat Name, Home Port and Country to your profile. To do so go to "Profile", then select "Edit Profile" - then select the "Personal" tab, then scroll down to the new fields and complete. It has been noted by some users that this option only works on the "desktop" view on both Apple and Android devices, so you need to select this option from the footer, as well as making sure that you are logged in.  |

Malcolm,
This came up in a different thread, but it's not clear where to add the various bits of information. When I go to the personal section, I see blanks for Location, Web site name, Web site URL, Most recent status, Signature, Personal notes, and Country.
There's nothing for home port, boat name, etc. Which fields should we use for these items?

I looked today, and the new fields were there right before the entry for country. They definitely weren't there before.

Hi Malcom, unfortunately I habe the same problem, like Don. 🤔 I will take a look later.... Hi Finny Don has looked at the issue (thanks Don 👍) and he suspects you may be using an Apple device. If so you will need to the desktop view. Not the mobile version. There is a tab for desktop view in the footer. Hope this solves the issue. If so I will update the guidance. Malcolm |

Finny— I’m glad you finally got through this process. I had a similar problem earlier, as you noted. The problem I identified recently wasn’t specific to Apple devices. It has to do with providing a mobile sized screen on your browser, which should apply to all smart phones.
