How to replace fridge lines that are behind icebox?

I need to replace the evaporator cold plate, which means re running the fridge lines behind the icebox. I am using a pull string to get them through, but they get caught on something behind the fridge every time. I can’t see or reach it, and I can’t find any way to access back there. Any tips?

I use a cheap endoscope camera that displays on a smart phone when I need to run cables etc. Sometimes I need to tape it to what I am pulling with. It can really help see what the obstructions are.

This might not apply to your boat, I'll give it a try anyhow.  The four different Jeanneaus I've worked on the fridges were all build +/- the same way.  You need to remove the oven to get access to the panel behind it.  That panel can be taken out and then allows a bit better access to behind the fridge(s).  How exactly your kitchen is build I don't know, yet the proceeding should be more or less in that direction.
