SUN ODYSSEY 36 1996 wiring and water flash

Hello, does anyone know how to flash the two water tanks? Is there a way to do it or do i need to put a pump to pump water out?Also does anyone have a wiring diagramm? The one water tank indicator doesnt work. Thank you.

Other than flush the tanks as you suggest, not sure what else you can do. Maybe if they have been standing a lot time is to add some bleach.
