Any tips of locating a fresh water leak on my Sunfast 37? I don't this the leak is in a pipe as the fw pump does not keep going off so I am assuming is is a split in the tank. Any advise on where to start. The aft tank seems to be the easiest to remove. All help appreciated including sizing the tank and where to find a replacement tank.

I would start by putting some dry towels down under every part of the fresh water system you can get to. See which ones get wet over time and try to locate the source.

Hi,
I've gone through this before on other boats. I have had good luck by placing paper towels under any connections or fittings or exposed plumbing lines. It's pretty easy to glance at the paper towel and see if it's wet.
Good luck, Barry

thanks guys. I shall do that. I have puppy pads, they should do it. The front tank is a problem. I know water is trickling underneath the tank but cant get easy access.

Sometimes the lid on top of the tanks fail, mine had a crack in the threads, only leaked whilst sailing but took quite a search to find where the water was coming from, eventually found it by over filling the tank whilst chatting to a friend, and rather than run out the blocked overflow, it sperted out of the lid …….. and filled the bow bilge up to the floor !!
Hope yours isn’t the lid, they can be hard to find

My tanks had simple four simple sensors mounted on the side (from Jeanneau). The seals on a couple went bad causing a leak. Look for simple problems before pulling a tank.
