We just had our port and starboard eyelash windows molded at NORVA Plastics in Norfolk, Virginia. 757-622-9281. They have the mold for a 2006 Jeanneau 42 DS so it should be cheaper now!

Hello Gaylon, That is great information. Perhaps they could be the "goto" manufacturer for worldwide supply.
Regards,

Hi do you have notice of someone in EU and in Italy in particular? I am thinking the only solution would be to fiberglass the windows and apply some porthole

Hello Everyone. Thought I would give an update. I have located a new supplier and have provided the two front mast windows. They are being manufactured. I will be producing a YouTube on the old window removal and replacement process. I will have, within a week a Mould for the front windows. Once installed I will the. Remove the eyelash windows and have Mould made too. By the end of June I expect to be able to show how to do the complete job and have the ability to provide replacements for the set for around €2000. Phil Symonds
