We order parts from a dealer 15 weeks ago The dealer said Jeanneau hasn’t responded to him even though he has reached out multiple times Does anyone have a good contact for Jeanneau; particularly their parts dept?
we sent an email to Jeanneau on 12-19 They responded on 12-21 and wanted the hull number didn’t hear back from customer service until Jan 8th when they said they sent it to their technical dept and they’d get back to me when they got an answer
They couldn’t even tell me if they got the 2 orders that the dealership placed in August I think we are going to put the boat up for sale since we can’t get parts for it We wanted a trailerable boat but what if a rock hits the windshield while we are trailering the boat ? Don’t think we could get a new windshield in a timely manner!
WE ARE VERY SORRY WE BOUGHT A JEANNEAU !!!

Customer service email address for the company head offices in France. I've used it a half dozen times for queries on parts and specifications, including a query last month. They've answered every time within 48 hours and are generally helpful. Be sure to explain why you're contacting them, otherwise they'll tell you to get in touch with your dealer.

I ordered two bimini poles in May 2023. They arrived last weekend (December 2023) and were the wrong diameter.
