Hello! We own a SunShine 36 build in 1985. Has anyone a tipp for me regarding the acces to the stanchion base above the pantry locker? I need to change the screws but have no idea how to access from underneath. Is it possible to take out the upper plywood part inside the locker? Thanks for your help and many greetings from rainy and stormy northern Spain! Sonni

Interesting pictures.
While I do not have a sunshine, I have the smaller Arcadia, designed two years later, Also by Tony Castro.
What I had to do to remove a vinyl covered version of your plywood. Was to first remove the facing part. I removed the thin vertical pieces on the ends. These are held in with small diam nails/tacks or staples. You then see some flathead slot screws, remove those, you have full access within. My top was held in with screws going into the foam core deck. Remove these, you have access to any bolts below the decking. My screws had a plastic cover over them.
Reality is, you may have to remove some other odds and ends I don't know about vs my model. This should get you on your way.

Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately it ist not possible to remove the facing part without taking everything completely apart. I might choose the option to make an opening inside the locker.
