Do you have an inverter that might be supplying those functions?
What model boat do you have?

Hi Jannkids,
Welcome to the forum.
Your lights and refrigeration are 12 V powered and hence need the battery switches on. The outlets depend on which outlets you mean. The 12 V outlets (like a car cigaret lighter socket) or USB are also powered by 12 V so need the battery power switched on, so perfectly normal.
The AC outlets whether 110 V or 220 V, would normally be supplied directly by shore power, and only need the power switches on the electrical panel switched on though could possibly be supplied by an inverter per Dons query. On my SO30i, they were supplied directly by shore power along with the hot water heating element, and did not require the battery switches to be on.
I hope this allows you to rest easy and enjoy your sailing.

Also, you may find a panel switch for the battery charger, the fridge and some of the lights can be quite power hungry, and need to be charged quite a bit if you are using domestic conveniences and require cool beer.
