Liferaft for the Merry Fisher 895

Hello,

I am looking to buy a life raft for my MF895. My question to everyone would be how and where did you stow or attach the life raft? Did you mount these on the roof? Which life raft is good for the boat?

Hi Robbe01,

I will be getting a life raft myself before I cross the Channel and you can fairly decent ones for about £700. You could store them anywhere because if you don't need bigger than a 6 berth they are very compact and around 30kg. I will put mine in the storage hold outside.
