To replace them would be cheap enough, so I wouldn’t think it a huge concern, ….. just a start of the inevitable ‘to do’ list .

Using a clevis pin that's too small will distribute the load differently, and might stress the chain plate and turnbuckle, so it would be good to refit them. But I agree with C-B that it's probably nothing to worry about.
Do you know if the holes in the turnbuckles are the same as in the chain plates? If not, that would indicate rigging replacement. I wonder whether there is a metric vs non-metric issue.
