Problems with a battery switch on Prestige 36 fly

Hello everybody,
I am an owner of Jeanneau Prestige 36 Fly (year 2005).
I'm having problems with the switch that connects and disconnects the service batteries (+ Bord).
The switch works well except when the boat remains without 220v power for a few days. In fact, when I try to reconnect the service batteries, by pressing the button + on the electrical panel, it does not work and the indicator light is always red. As soon as I connect the 220v current, the relay starts working again and the indicator light become green.
What could be the problem? What tests can i do?
