these heaters are quite tall and do not fit in the aft compartment under the deck as far as i can see i have fitted one outboard of the fridge, v quiet, used 3L of diesel over 20 hrs, outside temp 2C the black hot air duct is now insulated, it exits into the footwell under the table, that worked best for me in a previous boat the spare outlet could be ducted to the foreward cabin outboard of the seating area, i prefer the forward cabin to be cooler i left all the leads quite long to make removal a bit easier, had to extend the fuel line 1m to faciltate this, no issues took the power off the supply to the fride using those orange connection boxes which are excellent yes i could have gone back to the battery or fuse board, in my previous boat i used either the fridge or the heater if its cold you can just leave the cool box outside, overnight at least recon the supply can cope with runnig the fridge and the heater no prob guess there may be a problem if the fridge kicks in just as the heater starts up ?

Looks like a nice installation! I used to have a 695. Would have loved that heater
