Hi All I bought a 2004 Prestige 36 in September 2021. It was on the Shannon river in the west of Ireland but we moved it to Bangor on the County Down East Coast of Northern Ireland. I intend to use it in the sea off the East and North coast of Ireland and the Scottish Loughs and Islands. Have spent the last few months fixing it up a little and taking it out on max 20 NM trips so far. I had the radar arch rebuilt, new radar, new axiom plotter, upgraded bow thrusters to joystick, new BT sound system, new Fly bridge middle windscreen etc etc ££££ .The last thing I need to do is to replace the Starboard 12v Doga Starboard wiper motor as the original burnt out, but struggling to find the right one!!! Anyway any suggestions gratefully received on how to find this or another brand that would work. Delighted to find this group!

Hello and welcome, from another new member - in South Belfast. We just bought a 2000 P36 in November, on Lough Erne. Your boat looks great btw - and looks like you've been having some craic already. Sorry I can't help with you technical query - just touching base. Good luck with it!

Hi,
the easiest solution would be to have it tested and rewound...could be as simple as the bushes are done. As it's only a 12v motor it should be easy to find a new if they can't rewind it...the motor not the housing.
