We recently purchased a 2020 695 NC Series 2 (still under warranty). Our local dealer, Sundance Yachts & Marinas, took this video and sent it to Jeanneau America more than a month ago. Jeanneau is not responding.
Because Sundance doesn't have a boat available to compare it to, they didn't submit the video as a warranty issue, but rather just asked if this was how the seat was designed.
The imagery on Jeanneau's website shows how the 2022 model is positioned, and I've found a YouTube video that a dealership posted of a 2021 in operation. If anyone has a 2020 695 NC Series 2, I would be most appreciative if you could post a picture or video of how your seat sits/operates.
From our perspective, the seat does not operate correctly. The seat back cushion rubs the dashboard as it passes by, and sits under the dashboard. Also, when the cushion is pushed in the opposite direction, the seatback is too upright, so you can't fully sit back on the seat cushion.
Thank-you!

Hi,
seems like factory installed wrong seat legs and/or backrest rods. Either or both seem a little too long... maybe they are for a different model, say a 795. Definitely must be corrected under warranty.
