Before I get the shop vac out, does anywhere does anyone know where the manual bilge pumps from? Neither of the two electric pumps are at the low point on the boat, and I have about 3” there to pump out (just behind the sliding door, in the storage compartment)

Maybe a related question. Is there access to the bilge area between the cockpit storage and the aft berth? It looks like everything there is sealed and caulked. I do have at least some water in there it looks like.
I’ve read the dry hull threads and it looks like I have a few days of investigation and sealing ahead of me.

It is probably not going to get that last few inches of water out. You may want to try to reposition the electric bilge pump lower. What I noticed that the electric pump will not go on unless the water is above the internal float, but once it is on, it pumps almost all the water out even when the level is below the float.

I installed another pump in the rear of the boat. I used the same pump that is in the shower. It's called a gulper 200 or something along that line. You mount up on the divider above the water high water line down there, so the pump is in a dry location, then run a tube down into the small crack/ hole that separates where the ac water pump and the aft bedroom is. This seems to be the lowest point in the boat. I wedged it under there. It now gets 99% of the bilge water out. Also that is the same pump that is used on the shower. It is mounted in the bottom of the bilge you'll notice. With any standing water it gets wet. It's NOT a submersible pump. The mounting location is totally incorrect. Mine failed after first year. I screwed in a piece of 2x4 there and went on to of that to get it up out of the water....
