Hello, my autopilot had failed and after looking at the system I found that the bolt that connects the hydraulic arm to the rudder was broken. I'm looking for a place to order a replacement. Does anyone know of reliable Jeanneu dealers along the west coast of Italy (Sicily to Rome) I could call? Here's the picture of the part that broke: It looks like there was a previous attempt at a repair (shows signs of soldering arounf the crack), but clearly not a good enough repair.

You might be better off finding a local machine shop to make you another, it may be quicker.
Alternatively I suppose it could be welded properly, and then should be strong , or at least get the AH back in working order until Jeanneau supply a new part, and then kept as an emergency spare part on board.
Sorry I can't help with the Italian Jeanneau dealer network, are you sure it isn't a part available from the auto helm manufacturer?
Good luck CB

Try the autopilot manufacturer, they should have spares and the part may be custom for their design.
