Hi Everyone - very close to placing a down payment. Any feedback on AC is summer? We're in Tampa area. I have no problem adding vents, ceramic etc if it works. Thank you!

We live in the hot and humid south and had to add another vent in the main salon in our 2020 1095. I think the 2021's come with an additional vent in the salon bulkhead, which should do the trick. A/C in the cabins is no problem - they do their job well. In addition to the unit in the salon, there is a unit for the master, and another which covers the two other cabins simultaneously.
We are very much enjoying the 1095 and are making some small modifications to make it more comfortable for us. For example, we have two TVs running off inverters, and added extra outlets running off inverters so we don't have to fire up the generator while under way to charge laptops and watch TV etc. The dealer installed those for us. I added another outlet and added the extra a/c vent in the salon. More recently I removed the main dining table and converted the dinette to "U" shaped seating which gives us more room to move about yet still be able to convert the bench to forward facing seating. We put in a nice teak folding aft cockpit table so we don't have to move / remove the cockpit table to slide the cockpit bench in order to tilt the motors etc. The salon seating configuration required no holes or drilling and is completely reversible - it can be easily put back to factory original configuration with just the 6 screws holding in the table base.
Good luck! It's a great boat.

Looks great and certainly more practical than the standard teak table we have. Carl

Table looks great! I’m curious about the base...did your boat not have two bases installed in the deck for the factory table? How did you patch those holes?

Thanks! When I ordered the boat I opted for no table and specified no holes in the hatch. Glad they obliged or my plan for the table would have backfired!

I have just purchased a 2020 NC1095 and live in St.Petersburg. Hot indeed. Only have AC vent in salon under table. Who installed/added the 2nd vent? sounds like a great idea. Also, haven’t operated AC on generator yet. Any suggestions? Finally, any idea how long generator will work with only 6 gallons of diesel? thanks Captain Bob

No issues, just give the generator a minute or so to warm up before loading it up. Likewise, allow it a couple of minutes after unloading it before shutting it down. Our 2021 has the 12 gallon diesel tank and consumption has been approximately .4 gal/hr for us. It’s a variable speed unit so it’s a function of load but you really don’t want to run it lightly loaded for many hours anyhow. Hope this helps…

Love both modifications...am a new nc 1095 boat owner...who did the modifications? where did you get that folding teak table for outside?
Also wondering...i have water accumulated on the tray above my port side fuel tank...nothing on starboard side. I was told...it's because they hosed off the boat...but shouldn't there be a drain for that and then how come starboard side is clear?

Hi. New 1095 owner. What are the dimensions of the folding aft deck table?

1095user it would be really great if you could share some pictures of your AC modification for the saloon extra vent you added? Was it in the port aft side pillar like they have done in the version two of the AC from the factory or was it somewhere else in the dash? if you’re able to share the ductwork modifications, that would be awesome! Thank you
