Hi - I am a new owner of a 2017 NC11 and the generator has a slow fuel leak when not running. The fuel accumulates in the pan below the generator. Any thoughts on diagnosing the leak?
Also, I have traced the fuel line but have not been able to locate a shutoff for fuel to the generator. I'd be grateful for a photo or a description of where to find that.
Thanks very much.

Usually the shutoff is right at the fuel tank. On my 57 there are 2 shutoff valves at the tank, one for the main fuel line and other for the generator.
The most likely place for a leak to occur is at the generator fuel-filter, since that tends to be the weak link and is often made of weaker components than the rest of the fuel system. Which Cummins-Onan generator is it?

I believe that one also has an inline fuel pump which is the 2nd typical location for a leak. The fuel filter is probably located outside of the engine, in which case that can be ruled out.
