I am having problems with the bow thruster batteries. Tried everything i know off and batteries seem to be ok. Any Suggestions?

There have been many threads on the forum about bow thruster battery problems. Most of them point to the fact that they don't get charged unless all the proper conditions are met. One post suggests that they need to be turned on (i.e. their main breaker supplying voltage to the system, not actually running them) in order to be connected to the charger. Another suggests that they are only charged by the alternator, which of course requires running the engine.
The different charging methods seem to depend on who installed the thruster system and what model boat it is. I suggest you go to the search page and search for "thruster battery". This will return a number of posts you can read. Perhaps they will point you in the right direction.

If it’s a 490 I’m guessing this is a new boat. Jeanneau or your dealer should be able to fix this or provide wiring diagrams and instructions.
