Wanted: Sun Magic 44 in the UK?

Hi there,
Looking around to upgrade from a Westerly 33 to something around the 44ft mark, and the Sun Magics seem like a good buy in that range. Seems to be plenty ex charter and private in the Med, but thought I'd check in here first to see if there are any for sale in the UK before I go to the trouble.
I have looked at one in Cork, Ireland but it was a bit of a wreck, described as "good condition" on the brokerage list, it had been badly neglected for what looked like 15 years - no window was sealed, the bilge was full of oil, mould and water and the seats had mould and moss growing on them. Some rotten bulkheads to go with that too... eyuch!
Anyways, let me know what you have and if you're interested in moving your Sun Magic on! :-)
