My new Jeanneau 440 Sun Odyssey has two fresh water Jabsco Quite flush heads model 37045.
The issue I'm having is there is little to no water coming into the head when I push on any of the flush, fill, or dry flush buttons. The fresh water pump is working fine as the vessel has good pressure at the galley sink and both bathroom sinks. I do know that the heads are teed' off of each bathroom sink water line.
A couple of facts..
1st - All the sinks have a lot of air in the water when we use them but good pressure.
2nd - When I winterized the fresh water system and bypassed the plastic manifold (under the setee) and then fed the fresh water pump directly via a hose to a gallon of antifreeze sitting on the floor - the heads flushed with perfect pressure and the antifreeze was coming out of all the holes under the bowl! Both heads behave this way. After re-commissioning the boat this spring it's back to no to very little water pressure @ the heads!! It takes 8 minutes to fill the bowl enough to flush if I get some pressure. This can't be correct. Not sure if this a unique problem with just the new 440's or other models have seen this?
Anyone else experience this issue and what were your solutions?
