Does anyone have anchor roller dimensions for the two rollers on the articulated portion of bow anchor assembly? Is there a US suppler who can make them?

I believe I have attached a Photo of a replacement bow roller for a 42DS, does it look the same?

Thanks very much, but the photo you posted is not the same as the large roller on the articulated portion of the DS43. I am working now with the Seattle dealer at Marine Service Center in Washington, US, in an attempt to order new rollers directly from Jeanneau. If I am successful, I will post that news here. Thanks again for sending the photo.

I replaced my anchor roller several years ago using a white ultra high density plastic. I took the plastic to a local machinist to have it cut down to the shape and size I wanted. Because of the short overhang of the anchor roller mechanism I had him make it much larger in diameter to the original. This eliminated the dings I always got at the stem from the anchor. So far the material has not worn at all. I bought the plastic from a local plastic retailer.

I did the same as Omoo -- went to the Jeanneau dealer in Marmaris Turkey and he said yea i can but go to this guy and he will make you one that is much better and i did - actually got 2 -- it is made of harder material so should last longer. Search for a machine shot that will make one for you. All i did was take the old one in and presto.

Same here except I made it from black HDPE. It’s more UV resistant and should last for a very long time. Because of min. length of rod I’ve got 2 out of it for some 20€ + 10€ for guy’s time. 😉
