Hello all! I am new on the forum and I have recently ordered a brand new Merry Fisher 895 - 2019 which should be delivered on March 2020. I really would like to print and stick the name of the boat on the same font type that the MERRY FISHER emblem. Does anyone of you know which exactly type of font (typography) is it? I tried many option to find the exact font on Internet and I found some similar, but not exactly the same one. Here image of the emblem: Hope some of you could help me. Thanks!

Hello jgmallo, Since no one else has chimed in I tried your image at www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont and "Nautis Rounded" comes pretty close but no suggested font matches the 'Y'. Sorry I couldn't give you a definitive answer. DWP

Hello DWP,
Thanks a lot for your help! I tried in some different online apps too and I also found that "Stereo Gothic 800" its close to the font used on Merry Fisher emblem, with the exception again of the Y.
I will wait a few days more if somebody knows exactly the correct font. If not, I will use some of that 2 options.
Thanks!

Hopefully your boat name doesn't have a "y" in it Congratulations on the 895!

The dealer promised to send the font by e mail. But he failed. Time was short and I had to settle with some other kind in urgency. However, now I began to think that all the same font may not look as good as I thought on the boat.

Hello all, I am lucky that the name of my boat doesn't have an "y" on it . After a lot of checks, I also agree with Ihsan and probably use some similar font (Dekar for example) but not the exactly same one as the "Merry Fisher" emblem. As far as I take some pics of the boat, will try to update. JGMallo

I tried to do the same. I showed the company that were printing the vinyl graphics and came up with some kind of hybrid font that worked well I think the actually font is exclusive to jeanneau ill try an upload a picture This is an option to load photos: jeanneau.proboards.com/thread/6004/easier-photo-upload-threads
