I was having trouble getting my new on-line jeanneau parts account set up correctly. I just received the below. I’ve asked if this means existing boat owner accounts will be deactivated. Capt’n Lynn

I have found that if you select "US Built" from the catalog the Jeanneau site forwards you to a new website "parts.fwdealer.com". It tries to auto login but fails. You can browse the parts catalog for your boat here but it doesn't seem complete or laid out very well. On the Jeanneau parts site if you don't select a "US Built" model you can order. Although I have a US built 2019 NC 895 I ordered the switches and support referenced on a different thread from the Jeanneau site on 12/10 and received tracking information today. I try to make sure the part is the same on the two sites before ordering but if the cost is low enough I would probably try it anyway.

Could you post the link for this online service? Thanks in advance.

The website is spareparts.jeanneau.us. There is a link to register as a new user below the login form. It took a couple of days and more than one attempt to actually get an account.
