I'm Hoping to close of a 2004 SO40DS in a couple of weeks. The offer was accepted last week. Everything I've read about on this boat was positive, so the plan is to day sail for a few years then move on to cruising after retirement. Standard 2 Cabin with Bulkhead wheel.

I have a Merry Fisher 605 motor boat with a Nanni 85 turbo engine I have noticed recently that a small amount water has started to appear in my bilge. After inspection I have noticed a small leak from my water pump. The only thing I have done this year is change my Impellor.

What fantastic resource for all things Jeanneau-esque (spelling?), and it comes with good sensible advice too. I love it.
All the best

I ordered a 379 and I'm desperately waiting for March when it will be delivered. It will be located in the Adriatic Sea in Italy.
It seems that I'm (will be) the only 379 owner in this forum, would be nice if there are a few more to share experiences.
I will report as soon as it is delivered.
Greetings, Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang
Welcome to our forum and congratulations on the 379. I sailed one last season - most impressive - see video at: and even if overpressed did not seem to want to round up the same way that my 39i does

Grüss Gott, Wolfgang (since I'm currently in Munich, that is an appropriate greeting) and welcome to the forum.

Hi All, A great resource for Jeanneau owners, the ranks of which I recently joined (Sun Odyssey 37, 2002). Although I'm also quite new to sailing, I hope I can contribute to the forum at least as much as I get out of it. Roll on summer!

Hello all, Just joined as a Jeanneau SO 35 owner from Istanbul/Turkey. (I keep the boat in Marmaris/Turkey)... Have been reading the forum a while now. Decided it is time to join and hopefully contribute to/share the knowledge... We travel/sail with two 10 year old (being our own kids ), no dogs and/or cats. And yes, being a proud owner of a boat, I'll be uploading the pictures right away. Just go and check them 5 minutes (may be 30 min) after you read this post... Fair winds and following seas....

Is yours a Ketch or Sloop? May be best to start a new thread in any reply Malcolm

Hello, this is my first post. I have a SO37 (2000) located on the Chesapeake Bay. New to boat ownership in May 2013. I've got great plans to update and improve. Will be looking for advice from those experienced owners who have been there and done that!
Slainte!

The Austrian company behind that URL has, unfortunately, gone bankrupt and the site no longer exists. I know of no similar site.

Hi everyone
I am new here so I thought I'd say hello. I am living in the UK in the county of Norfolk. I am nearly the owner of a 2005 43 DS. What I mean is that we have finished the haggling phase and now the price is agreed we are moving to the survey stage. Not long to go !!

Thanks Malcolm
I'll stick a few pics up as soon as I have completed the purchase. I will berth the boat at Split in Croatia for the "season" then move on from there.
