Webcrew,
Why is it that some of the new members never list where they are form or where they keep their boat? We are always looking for Jeanneau owners close to where we keep our Jeanneau. Happy Sailing Martin Kohn REMEDY 36i Huntington, NY, USA

Happy Sailing Martin Kohn REMEDY 36i Huntington, NY, USA Hi Martin Whilst I agree that it would be good if people shared more of their details, obviously some folks like to be more anonymous in their posts to the forum, and that is fine as well as far as I am concerned. As always the more people put in the more they is to get out Malcolm

hello
I own a Jeanneau Sun Kiss 47 built in 1989. As my boat has some blistering from osmosis , I am trying to learn as much as I can about this issue. Has anybody had the same problem for this kind of boat, and has any suggestion for me?
Plase note that I am replying to the "Welcome to forum" post as I do not understand how to post a new argument. Could I receive some guidance on this from the webcrew?
Many thanks in advance

Ambrogia,
I would put the question in General, so go to general, ie same area we are in now, but do not open any of the threads, To the top right of the BIG box with the threads listed, but below the banner add, there is a clicker for new topic, click that, then start with a title, say " blisters" Then write in the question, hit save, and you will have your own thread with the topic on how to fix blisters.

Hi there I am new member to this site and I found it very interesting especially as I am planning to buy a Jeanneau. My dilema is that I like the DS54 and also new 53, however I am confussed as I see the DS 54 as stronger boat against the new 53. Can anyone help me decide? I welcome your views.

The SO45.1/45.2 was the replacement for the successful Sun Kiss and over 600 were produced up to the end of production around 2003 Lots have sailed a long way and many were in charter and I have not heard of major problems, so they seem to be passing the test of time well There is also an old review at www.sailingmagazine.net/component/content/article/462and enjoy your boat

Welcome to the forum, Ales! The 43DS is a great boat and your home cruising grounds are, from what I've heard, very nice as well.

But I am slowly preparing my boat to be ready for some serious ocean crossing. I'll look on this forum to find some ideas where to put watermaker etc. Br, A

Hi Alan Welcome to the network. Regret I cannot locate a JOD 35 manual but suggest that it would be well worth you making contact with Jens who has made many impressive modifications and improvements to Jocker - www.sailingexperts.de/

My first post here. My SO33 is old (1993) but well equipped and maintained. Sail with it on Lake Maggiore (North Italy + Switzerland) - Sommer experience since 20 years in Aegean with chartered boats. This is the reason why I gave her the name Meltemi (μελτεμι). Always on board only with my wife.
