Hello Dad! Nice forum, I reckon it will be buzzing with loads of topics soon...fantastic colour scheme! I haven't got much to say about yachts at the moment so I won't clog your site up with too many ramblings! Excellent!

Great to have a forum dedicated to Jeanneaus. We have a Sun Odyssey 32 based in Plymouth, which was commissioned last year. We are novices, but are just about at the stage where we are only slightly dangerous I'm really looking forward to meeting fellow Jeanneau owners on the forum!

Hello really a great idea a Jeanneau forum. I'm Italian and I own a S.O 32 legend launched early 2004. Very nice boat comfortable like a 35f despite is only 32. The only problem? The propeller....2 fixed blades that makes the helmer crazy whe the boat goes back

Thanks for setting up this forum.
We own a Jeanneau Tonic in Rhode Island, U.S. and hope to learn more about our boat and share what we learn. The tonic 23 is outboard powered with a well to starboard aft- neat but not very efficient. we plan to move our motor to the transom on a lift bracket and seal the well up to use as storage for fuel, fenders, and misc. If any other owners have done this, we'd like to hear about it. Thanks.

Thanks, glad to have a forum for Jeanneau owners. I just bought a Sun Legend 41 and changed the name to "Uhuru" (freedom) It was formerly a charter boat in the BVI´s so it needs some TLC but, that´s what it´s all about, isn´t it? She´s my 7th boat and quite frankly my favorite (so far!) I started witha Cal 25 way back in 1980 and have had a Swedish Maxi (32ft), a Columbia 36, a Little Harbour 47 (a nightmare), Young Sun 43 and currently have an Irwin Citation 40 (FOR SALE!!!) besides the Sun Legend. Uhuru is moored at Fajardo, Puerto Rico 30 odd miles upwind from the USVI and the rest of sailing paradise. Fair Winds to all!

Glad to enter a forum for Jeanneau owners. My newly built Sun2500 will be delivered in New Caledonia in July of this year. She will be my 4th boat and her name will be Nunki and she will be based in Noumea. Fair winds to all, preferably trade winds over a nice and warm lagoon.

Hello! I'm new in this forum. My name is Jochen and I'm owner of a Sunn Fizz Ketch built in 1989. I'm pretty happy with my ship. I was on several trips in the Baltic Sea. This year in Summer we will go East to Polen, perhaps. Our website is www.sailgeneration.de Available unfortunately in German language only. Reg, Jochen

Hello all... Not sure how all of this works, but would like to add a topic concerning Jeanneau Rallys.
We at Bay Yacht Agency recently hosted a Chesapeake Bay Rally with 23 boats attending the 3 day event. Good times and great ideas were exvhanged and then...
7 of our boats proceded on to a cruise rally that took us offshore from Annapolis to Block Island and on through the New England Islands to Nantucket. We're currently cruising back on the way to Cuttyhunk.
I will be posting a slide show including owners comments and ideas on our BYA site. If anyone is interested I can post more here, or a link to the slide show.
We hope to expand on this concept both this winter in the Caribbean and next season.
Interested?

Hello
We sail an Elite 32 (Feeling 920) in RI, USA.
We are contemplating buying a 39Ds so I thought I'd join the group and get feedback and opinions - see separate posts.
