I have a 469 with the jeanneau installed Cummins 7.5 kw generator installed center line aft most hatch just in front of the folding swim platform. It looks like it is in its own box and placed into the insulated area. Very quiet and easy to start. The water intake is center line and the discharge of water is just below the center line. Barely hear it run and it meets all the needs so far including three A/C units. If it will fit in your boat I would recommend.

I just bought a near mint 2016 SO 439 last August, three cabin like yours.
I too am trying to find a genset solution to run AC (some or all 3) in he summer on the hook in the Carolinas.
I am also installing an arch and 1200watts of Solar with AGMS.
Did you ever choose a generator and how did you install it if you did?
Sincerely, Zack Worrell

If you consider re-directing a potential Genset investment into a large enough lithium battery & inverter system supported by solar you could skip the need for a noisy heavy expensive Genset.
Look at what the Parlay guys achieved (they’re running tons of electrical kit on battery / solar):
