Spent an enjoyable few hours yesterday at the Salon Nautique, Impressed with the new SO319, massive boat for the length. The images below ones you may not see in brochure are all for the 319, except last one which shows the retractable bowthruster on the 440 and 490 Neat table, but also note the massive grab rail on the Jefa steering pedestal (with Lewmar folding wheel option). Also liked the pushpit (sorry missed photo) which has grab rail reinforcing bars onto the stern Has an absolutely cavernous starboard locker, unusually, but valuably fitted with two hatches Clever storage up high too Interior well though out too, with proper locker lids under the cushions, which also line up in right place Big switch panel too Brilliant long grab handles on inside Finally close a up of the 440 thruster (no doubt those of a racing persuasion may want to have the various bolts faired in), but looks pretty robust and neat to me. The bow is very wide with very flat forefoot, which guess precluded the use of a normal tunnel thruster.
