In order to add a few electrical groups to the wiring of my SO32 I wonder if spares are available for the Scheiber switchboard used in my boat. www.009dutch.nl/jeanneau/569_26_04_11_9_39_06.jpegThere is a unit of three blank sets of switches to the right of the 230V switches at the bottom of the panel. I wonder if the necessary parts are still available to convert these into a working unit. If not, I'll have to cut a hole in the panel and fit a small fuse unit below it.

I purchased a breaker module exactly as you need. I got it through my local Jeanneau maintenance shop. It wasn't cheap, though, over $100 US.

Thanks, Don, I suppose that's the best approach. I should have thought of that first! The brokers where I bought the boat seven years ago still sell Jeaneaus, so they may have spares.

I got mine from Marinebeam.com in US (east coast). He had to order from Europe but it's the right thing. Great customer service by the way.

Thanks, Lennie - I suppose it should be available from Janneau dealers over here as well. I haven't yet called them though.

I had to replace the panel above the blank panel on my SO32 last year (the one that powers the fridge/instruments and radio). It had to be ordered through a Jeanneau dealer and cost €140. Jeanneau have blocked the manufacturers from selling it through any other networks.

Jeanneau have blocked the manufacturers from selling it through any other networks. Some time ago I ordered a spare unit through a Jeanneau dealer, and the cost was about the same - I think I paid about €130. Today I finally installed it and cleaned up some of the wiring behind the switchboard. I connected up a panel-fitted USB charger and a 12V port to power a handheld GPS receiver in the cockpit, and all works fine. I found the yard has done a fair job preparing for the 5th switch panel - the power jack and the output jack were tied up to the cable tree ready to be plugged in, and the three output cables and a common return (negative) are readily accessible. All I needed to do was re-route the cables and fit jacks to the ends. Here is the result. The new switch unit is indicated in the image. The USB charging port is at the bottom, on the left: www.009dutch.nl/jeanneau/img_2934.jpg
