I'd very much doubt it. Pretty much all yacht sails are bespoke as there is so much more variety than in dinghies. You may be able to fit a generic headsail offered by some outfits - you'd need to know your measurements of course and it's really a far from ideal solution.

You can try fxsails via sailnet (they are in the US). Although I've not ordered sails yet I intend to (I'm in Canada).

I just had a new mainsail made for my Arcadia 30 after doing lots of research. I did not find any lofts that carried stock Jeanneau sails. The biggest such outfit here is Cruising Direct which is somehow connected to North Sails. I purchased a stock Catalina 25 headsail from them a few years back for my old boat (S2 8.0A) as the dimensions were nearly identical and it did save some money. However, the best option IMHO is to contact various lofts and get the sail cut specifically for your boat. I contacted over a dozen lofts, including the large international ones, one in the Far East and some regional ones here in the US and the quotes ranged fron $800 to $2100 for a dacron main. I ended up going with Mack Sails in Florida and am extremely happy. They cut the sails themselves in their own loft and make a sail as good or better in quality than the major lofts for 25% less. Of interesting note was that the original mainsail that came from the French loft (Ton) carried a sail area of 161 sq ft. By adding roach at the top and one full batten, I was able to increase sail area 20% and dramatically improve performance, especially upwind. If you decide to get some quotes, you should definitely contact Travis at www.macksails.com.
