I don't know whether my arms are shorter than average or not, but I always seem to want the thing that is at the bottom of the fridge. That means pulling everything else out and almost climbing in, often ending up with bruised ribs. I have finally found the right size bins to fit the bottom section of the fridge. They are ventilated kitchen rubbish sorting bins from Ikea, part number 702.046.21. I paid £2 each for these (although I see the website lists them as more than this), so even with short arms and deep pockets I am pleased with the cost!

Short arms or not, I'm not sure what you were worried about. It looks like the important items are well within reach. Are you sure the bruised ribs are not related to enjoying the top shelf too much and things happened that you don't remember? I've been there, done that

Our gov't wine stores sell 6 bottle cloth carry bags with appropriate reinforcing and handle straps. Two fill the lower layer of the fridge bin and are easy to retrieve and sort through on the counter with the lid closed. They cost $2.00. One should be able to find the same sort of thing in Britain and the photo indicates you would know where to start looking.

Does Canada have a Government monopoly selling alcohol like they do in Sweden & Norway?

Tim,
Thanks for the tip. Off to Ikea Loule near Faro when we get back to the boat. We've had this same problem for a while now.

Hi Hoppy, It varies a bit by province, but generally each prov gov't has a monopoly at the wholesale level.

I purchased a few of these for my SF37 and they look good. Just need some colour coded or whiteboard marker writing pads on the lids so I know which one to grab
Thanks for the tip
