Advice on best place to purchase replacement shower head f

Hi I'm new and sick of feeling ripped off over spare parts postage 1/3 of the cost of more. I am wondering if anyone can recommend where I find replacement shower heads for internal shower and for exeternal hose? Australia is destination.  

I could use non Jeanneau parts but they wouldn't fit into thei special holding sockets. Very frustrated with the way we have to go through a sales broker here and they don't care about that side of the business.

Agreed....I recently bought the head from a local Jeanneau dealer in the UK for GBP 75 or you can get the complete fitting for GBP 175 - had to be shipped from France. I did find that you can buy a head with the same thread / fitting from most chandleries but check the length (most are too long so squirt water over the side of the sink!)

I bought just the head from a local shop here in Norway at about £20 pound.
It fitted perfectly and had a adjustable nozzel. It was a supersaver of water at only 9 liters a minute at full pressure. Makes the watertank last a bit longer :-)

I just replaced mine with a head and pipe from a standard hardware store.  10 euro (cheap plastic chrome version) and 5 euro for a long white pipe.  All fittings connected first time.

Mine is the sort which doubles as the sink tap as well - rather pleased with the look.  Incidentally, the exact original same one was also in the shop but was stainless and very nice (I took mine along to compare sizes) - but was 60euro.

I replaced my forward head sink-shower fitting with Scandvik and I think it was the same as original Jeanneau fitting that came with the boat in 2002. It is a swivel spout with pull out sprayer and push button spray pattern on the sprayer handle. The water connection supply line is 1/2" NPS -F fittings. The hose is a 5' chrome flex. The phone number in Florida is 1-800 535 6009. The website was www.scandvik.com. I do not recall the price.

This week I replaced the external transom shower head with the exact same part from a marine retailer chain called "Whitworths" in Sydney. It cost about 15 dollars Australian.

The transom shower head on our 39i is a Plastimo.
UK product.
Dirt cheap.
Unless you buy it thru the Jeanneau dealer.

I installed a YOO.MEE handheld shower head at home. Its hose is longer than the shower head I had before, which makes it easier for me to bathe my pet.

I Bought one of these from the London Boat show a few years ago - And paid boat show prices.

The mineral beads are probably nothing more than a gimmick but the very fine holes do increase pressure and we use a lot less water.  I have kept it going by dropping the screen in acid every year to get rid of calcium build up but after fours years a new one is definitely needed.

£20 at the boat show. About £12 if you look around online.

I also replaced the bar onto which the head fitted because there was only minimal alteration possible with the original so no problems attaching the shower head either.
