Hi, I am the proud owner of a Jeanneau Prestige 38s. 2009. Could you tell me which relay is at fault and where is it located? And where can I get the electrical diagram.
Appreciate any help.
I'm from Québec, Canada

Does the fan turn off after the engine cools down? If so, it's controlled by a thermostat, and this may be the intended operation.

It used to work just fine and stop after a little while after turning the key off. Now, the engine hasn't beeb running for a few days, you turn the key on, the fan starts and you turn the key off and the fan will never stop, I have to go and turn the breaker off. Thanks for helping, I really want to fix this problem. From what you say, it could be the thermostat, where is it located?

I have a Sun Odyssey 35, so my experience would be quite different from yours. But I would expect the thermostat to be somewhere in the air ducts.
Your problem sounds to me like a stuck relay. It's quite possible that the system was designed with a timer rather than a thermostat, but in either case, there would be a relay that turns the fan on. If that's the case, replacing the relay wouldn't be a difficult or expensive job.
I'm sorry I can't help you any more. Perhaps an owner of a similar model will contribute some more specific information.
