I have Jeanneau Prestige 34 from 2004. When I bought the boat 6 months ago I did not get owners manual to see electrical scheme. Since 1 week I have problems with anchor winch and engine room electric lifter. I can not start them . I switch on all 3 bateries ( all bateries have 6 months ) in saloon . On dashboard I switch also main switch with spark sign and switch for engine hatch lifter and no efect . Same was with anchor winch. I check all fuses around the system in storage room close to after cabin. I think that electrical wireing of both switches it must go through one relay which it must bee embed in the printed circuit board. Jadran

I know this may be obvious but on the yachts the electric anchor windless does not work unless the engine is running. This is so the battery doesn't suffer too much. I do not know the Prestige 34 so I am afraid that is all I can offer.

Jadran,
I contacted Jeanneau Client Service at service.client@jeanneau.fr. (use this link in your email client)
2 years ago and they sent me a full set of line diagrams which included all the electrical 12v and 230v, mechanical, and water - hot / cold / bilge. The gentleman there is called Jerome. His English is limited but he has always tries and usually helps me get to a workable answer.
Our most recent problem with the windlass required us to replace the through bulk head electrical connector which had corroded out after 5 years. This is a recognised problem from Quick assuming you r windlass is a Quick model.

The starboard engine needs to run for the anchor winch to work for the reasons already stated. The engine hatch lifter I have found to be a bit sketchy, if it has sat unused in the damp it sort of hesitates on my P34 from 2003. Don't know why that is but hit the switch several times and it springs to life.
