Thank you Trevor...exactly what I needed. I started looking at the project last weened and decided to have a beer instead as it was 80ºF and sunny...not a work day. This weekend 60ºF and cloudy...I'll get it done. Again thanks & you're right...pretty poor solder job

Trevor, Finished the installation yesterday of the galvanic isolator and all is well. Put it in the same location inside the wiring area. Tinned the wired, mechanically join then and double shrink wrap them. Let see what it does over the next few month on zincs. BTW, my Jeanneau wire splice joints were done with double end tube splices so no bad solder joints. Wondering if this was altered during commissioning. Thanks again for your photos, they made it simple.
On to adding a fuel tank...using an outside contractor on this project.

Well done Brent and glad to be of some assistance. Yes the join was really bad but it did look quite original from the outside. Good luck with the fuel tank project. I would like to see how that ends up.
