Prop help for a MS 585 marlin

Hi there, you wouldn't happen know or someone that has one what would be the best size of prop for my 585 with a 90 etec .. I have tried a 11" 15" 17" and could not get WOT but speeds over 30knt..at the present I'm running with a 13" that is giving me 5200 but the speed is down to 23/24knt ...kenny
