Hello, The forward hatch on my 2011 Sun Odyssey 409 has a crack in it. This is the hatch in the V Berth. The crack isn't bad (yet) but I don't want to take a large breaking wave on the bow and have the hatch shatter. Any ideas on sourcing a replacement? The hatch is frameless and has a curve. So it will be complicated (and expensive). Thanks, Barry

Would it be possible to replace just the glazing (the clear part)? I had the glazing in one hatch start leaking, and it was straightforward to remove it, clean up the caulk and reinstall it. If you could get a replacement cut from the proper material, it might be easier than finding a drop-in replacement.

A friend of ours (not at all mechanically inclined) used HatchMasters. Not cheap but good quality work. link

I believe that is the same hatch as on my SO439. It is made by Lewmar. My hatch has “Lewmar” etched on the inside near forward edge. Also shows “30193201 12C15”. Not sure if that’s a part number?

Hello,
I was able to order the hatch from the local Jeanneau dealer. It was expensive ($700) but was a direct replacement and relatively easy to install.
