Hi- My plan for winterization is to blow out my waterlines from the tank connection inward to the faucets and shower valves. I think this can get completed by loosening the hose clamp on the supply line (see photo) from the tank to the manifold then insert a barb from my air compressor. My question, in the photo below is the pex connection a quick disconnect? if so, how does it work? Thanks in advance.

I like to put anti freeze in the lines by using a 90 degree barb with a clear hose (6 foot) on one end and put the other end into the water tank pick up tube inside the water tank. By turning on each faucet, the lines get full with anti freeze. I have also blown out the lines by putting the compressor in the cockpit shower faucet. I never disconnect at the picture you show.

If you want to disconnect the fitting all you need to do is compress the collar toward the tank end of the fitting and pull the whole fitting.
