I am looking to purchase a second hand 795 probably series 1 and need an accurate measurement of length for a berth. Where I will keep the boat has some odd minimum and maximum lengths for different size berths so need information to apply for correct one. Everywhere I look seems to give a different overall length and then how much to add on for the raised outboard adds to uncertainty. Hopefully an existing owner will be able to help. Thankyou

Thankyou Hi - I measured my 795 Series 2 with a Merc 250 Verado and the front anchor - it wasn't entirely accurate as I was trying to measure it at a dock which is hard to do but it was somewhere between 30-31'. However don't take my word for it, - try to find one in a yard or something up on stands. Maybe Drop plumb lines from the tip of the lower unit skag and the anchor and then measure the distance on the ground.

Thankyou for your answer very helpful and of course need to consider anchor as well and that will depend on the type.
