On our 42DS our Eno oven has only the one shelf - right at the bottom. I've had a look at the exploded diagram for the stove and it appears that is just the drip-pan shelf and there should be another one about halfway up the oven which makes sense.
Can someone please confirm and does anyone know best place to purchase parts? Eno in France is not very communicative.

There is the pan at the bottom and there is one slide in wire-formed shelf

We have the same oven , Tafika II is correct , ordered parts from ENO France before and they were very helpfull , best to have the serial number when ordering . Note with this type of cooker check the inside glass holding screws are hand tight otherwise the glass can brake with heat . |

If you are in the UK and even if you are not! Try Socal. Southampton. They have all (or most )of the parts for even the older ENO ovens. We have an 18 year old and they have everything for that. Great company, very helpful and I am sure they would despatch happily overseas
