Our 34.2 (year 2000) has developed a leak in the main window. I seem to remember this being addressed and so am hopeful to get some advice on how to proceed with removal of the window. My first problem has been how to remove the interior trim piece. I've used a 6 inch long wedge and while it will slip under the trim piece I cannot get the trim piece to separate. I'm hoping we won't have to buy a new piece of trim... thanks for any suggestions. Lennie

You can leave the interior trim in its place.
Remove the window from the outside by using a chisel as a small crowbar. Try all corners and see if any will come loose. As soon as you find a spot where you can move the window, start to work around until the window is loose. A second person can help from the inside by cutting with a thin sharp knife.
Put a cloth between the chisel and the gelcoat to avoid scratches.
I used this method on my SO37, however the SO34.2 looks similar.
