Hey! I was (heaven forbid!) going to fit a pair of these to my sailing boats transom.
Can I ask did you do them yourself? Were they hard to do if yes, and which ones are they?
Finally, power consumption please?
Many thanks.
Mike

I’m thinking about led stripe inside the hull - the light should be able to penetrate to outside in the water

These are OceanLED series X4. The marina installed them. A bit more complicated because have to drill into the stern of the boat.

Macris are very good. Small hole for wire is all that needed. Wide spread.

I’ve done a bit of research on underwater lights. I kept coming back to one brand - Lumishore. I’ve just ordered some SMX 53’s. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Recently I bought Lumitec SeaBlaze3, very very satisfied with them. There are two things that I really like about this light is that it is dimmable and it is really easy to install.
