Captain Steve
You’ve made some clever upgrades. A microwave in the 2nd berth is a great idea. I’ve added a small toaster oven stored on a shelf under the sink. We will see if we think we need a microwave on our 895. And We like your salon seating conversion. I’ve been wondering how something like this would look. I assume you move your table out into the cockpit when you set this up. Thanks for sharing!

Hello Capt'n Lynn
Yes instead of 3 way conversion it is now 4 way. I made a removable center seat and cushion to make into a U shape couch and removing the table out of the way or the table and post can still be placed there. Just rotate the table length-wise and it works fine. Just remove center seat and have the original configuration if wanted or needed.

The maxi-Matic toaster oven is very useful. It can be used for a single person easily. It's great for small spaces or camping. It is fantastic for those with limited mobility. It makes a great addition to any small office. I hate using the oven because it heats up the whole house, and this little guy is awesome! Straight from the freezer to crisp, delicious, and easy service in less than 20 minutes. The power consumption ranges between 350 - 700 - 1500 watts depending upon what is used.

Woodwork looks great! What wood/stain did you use to match so well?
