Was used for cruising round the world for 2 years when new (no damage - shows how strong she is) but since then just a few weekend sails per year in the Whitsundays. Berthed in marina pen. No club racing. One owner. Selling because of low usage. Australian ship registered so you can sail it overseas (a big saving if you intend to register a second hand boat). Good condition. Permanent marina berth for last 8 years. Forestay and furler replaced in 2016. New windlass gearbox, seals, solenoid and fuse/isolator. Folding Gori racing prop for minimal drag. High output Balmar alternator in 2015 with upsized cabling, smart charger, cut off solenoid etc - the best gear. Extras include Icom VHF (main) Raymarine VHF handheld, UHF, Sat phone, HF receive, Shore power and smart charger, Duogen power generator (keeps batteries fully charged by wind or sea) Masthead auxiliary lights, foredeck light, engine driven Echotec Watermaker (a staggering 86 lt/hr - no more bottled water or rationed showers) also Katadyn Survivor military grade 35 hand desalinator, Active radar responder that makes you visible, Navtex, Raymarine plotter, autopilot, depth and radar. All Qantum quality sails in good condition, although mould marking on mains, jib and storm jib as new, 2 x 3 reefed mains, genoa, Jib, V5 spinnaker, orange storm jib, reacher. 7 X Manual inflatable lifejackets and 6 x non-inflatable. Quality 62m 10mm PWB stamped anchor chain and extension warp for deep anchoring. 2 x Manson Supreme 35lb anchors - the best. 2 x100 cuf steel dive tanks and BCD etc. Complete log from day 1, records, invoices and heaps little extras that save you money. I would consider selling shares on the condition that all are sold. I may even keep one myself. Being on the Aust shipping register makes this easy and gives legal status to all shareholders.
